4. Products & Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and details accurately, but slight variations (especially in projector light colors and pattern placement on wall decor) may occur due to screen display and manufacturing batches. Prices are listed in AUD and may change without notice; the price charged is the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.

5. Order Acceptance

Receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability, and will notify you and issue a full refund if this occurs.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixel & Pattern is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or products purchased. This clause does not override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
